It would appear to me that this mother doesn't deserve such a fine son. She hasn't a clue and it's a shame this boy has to bear the burden of a protesting peacenik mom while he's off trying to make the world a safer place.

I would keep an eye on www.snopes.com for this one. Maybe this guy speaks differently than most servicemen, but I have never heard anybody in any branch of the United States military besides the Army refer to themselves as a "soldier."
