Do you think that Ouday, Qusay, Chemical Ali, and the rest of the 40 Theives are such humanitarians that they wouldn't sell all the mustard gas, ricin, sarin, and anthrax spores to anyone with the right amount of $.

I think there's a reasonable probability that they might, and at least as great a probability that Cuba and North Korea would as well.

If it's morally right - and in fact imperitive - that we pre-emptively kill those who seem to be postitioned to attack us - then why did we not rock-and-roll with Russia before they went nuclear? I'll tell you why - because we were a better and moral people at the time (IMHO).
