Thanks for the ping. Just as I was reading the article Major Garrett on Fox News was reporting from the pentagon about the dumping of the chemicals into the river. He said some officials thought that it was a clumsy attempt to attack the troops. It seems more like a way to try to get rid of the evidence. I read about this two days ago so Freepers get the news faster. I don't recall a Doctor Arnott reporting it though. It was someone else.

Ignorance is Blix. You sure as hell gotta be pretty ignorant to not be able to find the Euphrates river in all the time that clown spent in Iraq.

The iraqi's comment that they did not have water problems until the Americans knocked out the treatment plant - hello, you had major problems with the regime until the Americans came. Liberation through the American forces is something to rejoice about, even at the cost of some temporary water issue. Even as Iraqis themselves have stated, that some would die for some of them would live to be free from the monster. Human nature: to find fault and uncomfortable side of anything. But, we can rejoice for them, that the day of their liberation has come.

No one but me seems to remember this news report about WMD’s so I went back and found it. I tell people when I hear the “no WMD BS” that they were indeed found in the river.

Why don’t we hear more about this? When they saw the American troops coming they dumped chemical WMD’s into the river? Why do I hear continually on the news “NO WMD’s”? This story was broadcast once and then it just died.
