April 6, 2003 -- U.S. troops yesterday were digging up a suspected chemical weapons cache at a girls' school in central Iraq.
After receiving information from a man who described himself as a former member of Saddam Hussein's special forces, the soldiers, carrying shovels and pickaxes, descended on the courtyard of the school in Aziziyah, 50 miles southeast of Baghdad.

I don't know if I'd use a pickaxe to dig for chemical weapon containers.
