It has been reported that Simon and Schuster executives are in a panic because good old reliable Hillary has not turned in a complete manuscript of her book which is due for publication in August. Not a complete manuscript?
How about not a draft, not a rough draft, not an introduction, not a dedication, not an outline, not a précis, not a bibliography, not a concept, not even a title?
They do, however, have her autograph, on the back of the $3 mil advance check.
So what is the normal penalty for signing a contract, collecting payment and never providing the service? Isn't that theft in the real world?
