Could we expect anything more from a third world socialist cesspool on the downslope of civilization?

Glad to see that we have so much liberal nonsense in this country that we can export it to other places in the world. Brazil has a plate full of real problems to deal with (pending financial collapse being one of them) so why are they spending money promoting failure of black at higher levels? Before you take that the wrong way, im not saying the will fail because they are black. I am saying they will fail because they could not meet the original standard and will be selected with fewer qualifications than are assumed to be neccissary. How important is it to have your countries workforce resemble a McDonalds commerical

Would Queen Elizabeth's grandchildren have an admissions advantage at the Brazil universities? I mean...after all, they are of black African descent, and they can prove it.

Come to think of it...aren't we all of African descent? (I'm so confused.)
