We have a terrific endgame.
Somebody else on FR referred to it as the "wack the mole" strategem. You go with your best intelligence, and wack at him. You tell the world you killed him. More of his people defect and rise up to take control of their government, as their satan is no more. To keep control he shows himself..generating more intelligence, generating another wack....until we get him, or enough people defect that they get him, or it doesn't matter anymore....brilliant.
