Excellent catch. Since the economy wasn't in crisis the Clintinoids immediately latched on to the semantically brilliant slogan 'Its for the children.' as a preamble to a wide ranging series of violently unconstitutional acts-WACO, its for the children there is child abuse going on, 'assualt rifle ban'-its for the children guns bad, etc.
