This will never pass. A revolt will first take place. Small business drives this economy and is responsible for a majority of taxes paid via payroll, propetry, sales tax, unsecured property tax etc. We are a service based economy in a lot of ways. I will have to lay of one to two people to make this work. Liberals go first. Conservatives will have to work harder. In addition, much of the proposed increase would be passed immediately to the consumer. This is a stupid no win proposal for the Dems.
