What's the job market like for your field? Not real good right now. (Computers!)

I actually broke down and bought a tv for my bedroom so I could watch Fox all night. Kept it turned up (sure my neighbor upstairs appreciates me so much) so when things got exciting the sounds would wake me up. After the war, I am going to retire that TV to the kids room for their games.

The liberal media...the self-righteous DNC propaganda machine masquerading as the free press...whose sole purpose in life is to undermine America and the President... I figured as much...

When I first started posting, you all welcomed me with open typing fingers. One person suggested I choose a more generic screen name because this war wasn't going to last very long.
But I bet you all are jealous of my screen name now, now that you all are mainliners too!!!!!! (Here kid, just try it... it won't hurt you.)

Not sure if it's a tape, but on the NTV cam they are showing our troops gathering Iraqi POW's.

Looting, rioting. Nothing new to the US. What happens after any major sporting event? Losing team has to riot because their team lost. Winning team has to riot because their team won. We have to make sure the media keeps it in perspective.

ANTI-SADDAM LEADER ASSASSINATED
A top Iraqi cleric, who has been living in London for 12 years, is reported to have been killed at a mosque in Najaf.
Abdul Majid al-Khoei, head of the London-based Al-Khoei Foundation, returned to his home in Najaf last week under the protection of the coalition.
Al-Khoei is the the son of the late Grand Ayatollah Abul-Qasim al-Khoei, who was the highest Shi'ite religious authority in the world at the time of the Gulf War.
The whole family was persecuted by Saddam Hussein, with many members murdered or disappeared.

Here is the story.....
Iraqi Shiite cleric Abdelmajid Khoei reportedly stabbed to death
Tehran, April 10, IRNA -- Prominent Shiite cleric Seyyed Abdelmajid al-Khoei was stabbed to death by an unknown assailant in the religious Iraqi city of Najaf Thursday, Iraqi opposition sources said here.
The news cannot be confirmed by independent sources yet. They said that Khoi was knifed by an assailant at the mausoleum of Imam Ali (AS) -- the first infallible imam of Shiite Muslims -- while he was saying his prayers.
The cleric arrived in Najaf last Tuesday from his usual base in London. BH/AR End

I am very sorry to hear that. But I do believe good times lay ahead, keep the faith. The company I work for is on the edge of a big boom, so I know it is going to get better (I have to keep the faith too, because I am tired of starving to death while all of the pieces fall into place).

Good grief! Kofi Annan is on Beeb saying that "obviously there is lawlessness in Iraq and the Iraqis have suffered enough. The US should be focusing on giving aide."
Now there's a UN humanitarian saying "The US is obligated by international law to re-establish order. From the pictures we've seen that is not happening" Sheesh!
We've only been there a few hours! What idiots. I say pi$$ on the UN!

"I actually broke down and bought a tv for my bedroom so I could watch Fox all night." I've had a TV in the bedroom for some time. I have it going and then when my husband can't stand it any longer and turns it off I have my little portable radio tucked under my ear.
All night long I get woke up by events happening.
One of these days I may get a good nights sleep again.

This is going to get very ugly, isn't it?
I read a story about the French now offering to send 900 trops to Iraq? Chirac flip-flopping, saying he's happy for the people of Iraq? Is this true???
