CNN: Shiite Leader in Najif was just assassinated in Najif...

I hope this wasn't the one who had been in exile in Iran for the last 12 years, who recently did a TV interview with a US reporter. If so, he had a dozen or so bodyguards with him at all times.

Are you thinking of the guy who hadn't seen his 13-year-old son who was on Fox News last night? At first I thought it was the same guy, but I think the guy on Fox last night was a sheik, not a cleric.
