I would REALLY like a crib note, how to deal with a liberal book right nowNot that I wasn't serious before but perhaps I could be more practical. Think of the liberal as a child. A very small child. Depending on the liberal in question perhaps a small child with a severe learning disability. Speak in simple terms. When they become agitated be kindly patronizing with them. Let them know you care (that's all they really want) and give them what little truth they can handle in a sappy sing songy way so they feel (feeling is important to them) like you understand. (It's not important that you don't have a clue what their problem is.) Use very simple analogies.

Analogies always work.
Especially if you intertwine them with the actual life of the liberal.
I ask, "do you think you should have the right to send you child to any public school in the city?", and they'll usually say yes.
Most liberals, deep down, actually believe in our ideas; it just usually a matter of degree.
Say, "then what should the minimum wage be? $25 an hour?", "oh no", they say, "that's too high and would put people out of business." See, a matter of degree.
Like the joke about a guy and gal, "would you sleep with me for $1 million?" ...you probably know it.
