The New York Post is now the top publication in the world, believe it or not. They have the best editorials articles, etc, not to mention a lack of whining or victim theology.

The Liberals (Anti-Americans) in NY don't even know the price of the publication. (It's only a quarter) They aren't even THAT curious.

In deference to the newly liberated Iraqis and the joy that is so obvious in their celebration, I must say that I'm glad France's obstinence forced the US and Britain to take independent action.
This truth must also be spoken, though. If France had hung tough with the US and Britain, then it is possible that Saddam would have actually come clean. There was NO CHANCE that would happen when France undermined negotiations by saying "We will veto everything for any reason." When they took that position, what in the world pressure would Saddam feel ever? None.
France, then, is likely the reason this war was fought. France is the reason why upwards of 100 Americans have died so far. France should pay the families of the American and British deceased. And thy should publically apologize.

I believe that the stars are no longer properly aligned for Jacques ChIraq, and I think that Vlad will tell him so this weekend.
As someone said at the beginning of this, it will end in tears for ChIraq, as it always does.

Chirac yesterday demanded - yes, demanded! - that "the political, economic, humanitarian and administrative reconstruction of Iraq is a matter for the United Nations and for it alone."
Wow, this guy should go get himself cloned so he could go screw himself.

How do you get that "hat" thing?;)
The French, Germans, Russians, and China have NO BUSINESS in post Iraqi freedom. The more they are involved, the lesser degree of success will be had.

I heard Winston Churchills grand son say to Neil Cavuto "The French are still mad at us for liberating them in 1944"...

The war had to be fought in any case, because Saddam would never have given up power.
Nonetheless, France has shown the world the treachery of the UN. It's now clear that the world cannot be safe depending on an organization composed of mostly countries where individual freedom is but a mere dream.

"The French are still mad at us for liberating them in 1944"...Yes. An acquaintance of mine is (Gag) French and he admits that we deserve to be hated for embarrassing them. He's just kidding of course, (of course). But his tongue is not as far in his cheek to be very convincing of his jest.

I'm wondering how much Condolessa Rice's visit to Putin will affect the outcome of the coming meeting.
