that doesn't change my opinion. My interpretation of the article is that it is NY Times attempting to rewrite the facts regarding the position of the Communist Chinese Government with respect to Resolution 1441 and all other resolutions holding Saddam Hussein accountable for violation of international law.

Somehow, I doubt that most "old Chinese people" are even aware of the UN.

Thirdly, I find it remarkably racist of the NY Times to single out the "older Chinese". If this was being written about "older French", would we be doubting the political implication of the story?
