Bush deserves better.

Not to worry, President Bush will not be given a Nobel. Chiraq and Schroeder are shoe-ins to get the Nobel Peace Prize for their "tireless efforts" attempting to save Iraq from the scourge of war. Their success doesn't matter: look at Carter, Arafat, etc... Recall the very liberal nature of the committee... what counts is their "good intentions", not the results.
