SARS could be biggest disease threat since AIDS, says WHO expert

When world "experts" start to chant in unison, you know that they are almost always wrong.

The big question is 'how is the homosexual community, or the American liberal, going to exploit the new disease?'

While there are no laboratory confirmed cases of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) in the state, the Illinois Department of Public Health today reported six new suspect cases, including five individuals who are believed to have acquired the illness through transmission within a household. This is the first time there has been suspected transmission of SARS in Illinois.

A 30-year-old male traveled to China, where SARS has become increasingly common. After returning to Illinois, four household contacts became ill with respiratory symptoms and fevers of at least 100.5 F, thus meeting the definition of a suspect SARS case. The household contacts are a 76-year-old female, a 75-year-old male, a 30-year-old female and a 3-year-old female. The 75-year-old male is currently hospitalized, but is expected to be discharged soon. The other four individuals were never hospitalized and have recovered.

In addition, a household contact of a 48-year-old male who was reported earlier this week as a suspected case meets the case definition. The 46-year-old female has not been hospitalized.

They will fight tooth and nail to prevent quarantine (if it comes to that). They will end up trying to kill people for the sake of diversity or some other pile of BS.

As I said early on in this mess. I know liberals would be the death of me it is just knowing how and when. Will it be Sars? I do not know.

Follow the money trail on this one. Federal research funding has been cut back in a big way since the recession and a way for WHO or the CDC to get BIG federal grants (the researchers who apply for this money) is to tell the gov't that this is the next biggest disease and we need research funding to stop it.

They are absolutely delusional if they think people are going to calmly sit back and watch a plague unfold...for too long.

Doctors in Bangladesh say they have identified a patient who they strongly suspect is suffering from Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (Sars).

…… The case is controversial because the man suspected of having the deadly virus walked out of Dhaka's international airport unchecked when officials were unable to persuade him to be examined by doctors………..

Knowing the liberal mind set could you just not see them saying because most of the people (so far) are Asian ***never mind sars just happened to start in asia and not Scotland*** that it would be discriminatory to quarantine a disproportion number of one ethnic group compared to the greneral population...

PS. I want to see Hong Kong and God willing someday I will.

Yeah, but they quarantine SARS carriers and they sure don't restrict travel with AIDS.
AIDS=The only politically protected disease.

And even though the chance of getting it on an airliner are pretty remote, I won't be flying just the same...

Post #32. Yikes.

"Mobile Carrier Launches SARS..."

Strange choice of headlines, nonetheless.
