A late-night Zeppelin ping!

Random thoughts:

You know what all the critics said about In Through the Out Door at the time? No one would say they liked it, but they all went out and bought it...Did anyone else find out about the watercolor album cover like I did--by spilling a beer on it?

They only licensed the rights to Cadillac for this one song (I love the commercials) and no others, IIRC. They made a "ridiculous amount of money" for it--and raised Cadillac's sales by 16%.

Am I the only 44-year-old female that plays air-bass?

The thing about Zeppelin is the critics hated them from day one...never gave them any credit for anyhting which is why yhey are so great.

While the "music experts" said Zep's music was garbage they were setting records for concert attendance and selling albums by the zillions. They are....the people's band!
