I once broke the fuel pressure test port off of a fuel rail by using a wrench to tighten the pressure gauge adaptor onto it.

This resulted in a 2-foot geyser of gasoline spraying out of the broken test port whenever the key was turned on. Needless to say, a fix was needed. A new fuel rail was $80 from the dealer and they would have to order it.

So I tried JB Weld. Let it set up overnight and the next morning, turned the key and....another geyser of gasoline. It broke right through the JB Weld!!

Then I decided to get a fuel rail from a junkyard..$50 and it came with the intake manifold, 4 injectors and the fuel pressure regulator too.
