People in prisons or on parole should not be allowed to own guns. Everyone else should.
No kidding. If you can't trust them with a firearm, then you can't trust them in society. If they are free members of society, then they will have access to weapons.
Remember, all they have to do is pick up the classifieds or rob someone's house. It's really just that simple.

ditto. I've been preaching that for years. If they can't be trusted around of with a gun then why are they out of prison?
