Interesting. But there is simply no way to know who did the shooting. Educated guesses are just that--guesses.

Woudn't it be possible that some people killed each other and themselves to avoid the horror of burning alive? In that case, its still the government's fault, because they laid seige to the complex to begin with.

It just makes me so sad, because we've just seen a war in Iraq where our military was instructed to make a great effort to avoid destroying any mosques, and they did a superb job of respecting the faith of the Iraqi people. Contrast that to what the Clinton administration approved doing to the Branch Davidian compound in our own country. It was a church facility and was laid seige to and the congregation killed, with little regard for religion or life.

Its scary and dangerous for the government to act that way. That's all I'm saying. Its scary. No matter what crimes the Davidian leadership committed or didn't commit, no American citizen deserves to meet their fate in that way.

What utter anarcho-nonsense. Some bank robbers enter a bank to rob it, and the police arrive to surround it. The robbers decide to kill themselves and their children/human shields they brought along, and whack-jobs of the Salon Bolsheviki years later proclaim that the fault lies with the police for arriving.
