"I think [Sen. Clinton] has begun every statement she's ever made in her life about the families of the victims by saying she's met innumerable hours with the families of the victims," Steven Brill, author of the new book "After: How America Confronted the September 12 Era," told WABC Radio's Steve Malzberg.

To support Mrs. Clinton's claims of 9/11 victim service for his book, Brill said her staff tried to persuade him that she worked overtime to help, providing "an elaborate story, with an elaborate subtext of memos and phone calls - a long, long story."

But, says the author, "None of it turned out to be true... They gave me documents and phone calls and things like that which just plain never happened."

Sadly, she most certainly "stands a chance" with the voters of New York. (This is from a New Yorker who despises her to no end.)

As far as the entire country goes, look at the number of fools willing to vote for Kerry. Unfortunately anything is possible in this environment.

Things haven't gone as the Clintons reportedly planned. There was to be a "Clinton Dynasty" of 24 yrs. (translate into a Liberal Dynasty of forever). 8 yrs. for Bill, 8 yrs. for Gore, and 8 yrs. for Hillary, then whoever they coronated after that to carry on the "legacy". These folks don't reckon on the Lord having any say in their "plans". Bill was always so shocked we found out so much of their dirt and his peccadilloes. The idea of things being "shouted from the rooftops" is evidently in the part of the Bible that he hadn't read.

A few thoughts about Hillary and 9/11: On that morning, the Senate Education Committee was scheduled to hold a hearing at which First Lady Laura Bush was to testify. TV networks and cable news channels had crews at the Capitol to cover the hearing. Mrs. Bush and Senator Clinton (a member of the Committee) would appear together. This was a "prime time" opportunity for Senator Clinton. It was to be the most important senatorial appearance. The hearing was called off after the hijacked planes all hit their targets, except for one that crashed in Pennsylvania. Both Senator Kennedy (Chairman of the Committee) and Mrs. Bush were at the Capital and made public statements that were carried on live TV. However, Senator Clinton was NOT there.

A week or so later, Clinton during an appearance on the Letterman Show made the gratuitous comment that when the second plane hit the WTC she was about to leave for the Capitol. Was she running behind schedule? The New York Times had noted that Clinton "almost never [misses] votes or committee hearings, no matter how tedious.' (NYT Magazine, December 16, 2001, at p. 63.) And, this certainly would not have been a "tedious" hearing for Clinton. In fact, the importance of this hearing to Clinton is borne out by her behavior when the hearing was actually held (on January 24, 2004). Clinton was there early, and prior to the hearing took advantage of photocopier's with Mrs. Bush. (See AP wire photos carried in various papers.)

So, why was Senator Hillary Clinton not at the Capitol on the morning of September 11, 2001, for the most important committee hearing of her senate career. And, she also expressed concern about her daughter (on the Letterman Show) on the morning of 9/11 because according to Clinton she was jogging near the WTC. In fact, her daughter said she was in a friend's apartment when the planes crashed into the WTC. Chelsea said she watched it on television, thought about President Bush's tax cuts, and then went out.

So If Hillary Clinton can so readily fudge the truth about her concerns about her daughter on the morning of 9/11 and her own post 9/11 activities, what else is she fudging about concerning 9/11? It is now appropriate to ask: What did Hillary Clinton know about 9/11 and when did she know it?
