Fortunately, it appears that the SARS coronavirus is pretty much airborne transmission and transmission by waste water. But given the very high density of population in the eastern half of China and subpar sanitation facilities in much of China, I worry that SARS could end up killing millions of Chinese citizens because the conditions I just described are prefect for fast transmission of the virus.
