Well, I think you've touched
on the thing that enrages
everybody now:
It seems nobody
gives a crap about "normal"
Americans. Not
the Left, who just use
the large population to
exploit for taxes.
Not the business Right,
sheep-herding us to global
corporatism.
Robert Frost once wrote:
"Good fences good neighbors make."
The Left and the Right
both want to rip up
everyone's "national" fence --
the Left to create
world socialism,
the Right to create global
corporatism.
The Left wants "comrades,"
the Right wants "employees." Both
regard "citizens"
as yesterday's news,
as difficult-to-manage
"resources." Is it
really a wonder
why everyone is angry
with everyone else?
