You got that right. I tried switching some 3 year old 500mhz PIIIs to winXP. Sheesh.

I've had XP on a 350mhz Vectra w/192mb memory. The speed is perfectly OK for surfing the internet and using office applications

yes--i`ve got a new dell 2400 w/xp---takes 6 minutes to boot up from cold start---support no help---i leave it on standby--rurub
