I dont know, this sounds like a bonehead move to me. Well be able to see the tracks from space, so well know where the missiles will be anyway. If they were smart they would invest in air and sea launched Nuclear cruise missiles.

I wouldn't bet on Taiwan getting attacked without provocation. An amphibious operation against 200,000 troops and 1.5 million reserves would be a tall order even for the US military, so no, the Chicoms harbor no illusions about physically occupying Taiwan.

Let's hope their buildup is meant to keep Taiwan from asserting independence, nothing more.
