"He needs his story to be in sync with whatever Hillary says -- and since she hasn't said anything yet, he can't get very far," said another publishing insider. That's why they interrogate criminal suspects in separate rooms from their accomplices.
Hope Simon & Schuster has $8 million worth of ice to put on that.

"The folks at Simon & Schuster are livid -- and they've told her so." Why are they livid? Did they expect that they would be the first to get a fair treatment from the Clintons? Was there something special about Simon and Schuster that, certainly, the Clintons would know and not backstab them like the Clintons do to all their business "partners?"

Don't tell me these publishers actually expected them to be truthful and forthright in their writing and the contracts they signed. Their gullibility is astonishing.

"She now plans to turn the book into a sanitized version of her life, along with tips for women on how to hold it together while not tarnishing the ideals of feminism. She got where she is by hitching her star to a man and falls back to the poor put upon victim when questioned. Some ideals of feminism.
As for Simon and Sheister, I hope they lose a bundle.

What did they expect from the "smartest woman in the world" whose most eloquent statement has been "I don't recall?"

"At the time, the Clinton marriage seemed to be disintegrating and Hillary told them she'd be totally candid -- because she didn't expect to be married to Bill when the book came out. "But the Clintons are somehow keeping their marriage afloat.
I'm curious as to why they keep up the charade too. I think she keeps him around for fundraising only.

She now plans to turn the book into a sanitized version of her life, along with tips for women on how to hold it together while not tarnishing the ideals of feminism. If there is nothing to tell, then how does she have tips to "hold it together"?
