Let's get exact: large droplet transmission (picture it) is not the same as aerosal (fine droplet transmission). But I know you know this...

I think it could be aerosol. I also think it is possible some are shedding the virus once the kidneys start acting up to the point of uremic frost(which isn't always apparent.)
