I don't think they're being counted in China. We had five families (this week) go to China to pick up adopted children. Two of the five adopted children died of 'lung ailments' before the families arrived. Two other children were found for the families. The families arrived back here thursday evening and have gone into a 10 day quarantine. One parent from each of the adopting families had to pass through Guangdong province to pick up the babies.
