Dear President Bush: Please stop the flighs arriving from Toronto and China. Of course, one could drive only 100 miles from Toronto to Buffalo rather than flying. It's not like it's feasible to close southern Ontario borders with the U.S. either - it would choke many parts of the U.S. economy.
