Considering the amount of sick they even admit (and everyone knows it's higher - just how much higher is the unknown) it's unlikely their death toll is so low. My feeling is that they know it's much worse than they're saying - look at what they've done in Beijing. They wouldn't take such radical measures and freak their poplulation if they only had 100 odd deaths.
