[history]
April 29, 2003 -- HUSTLER magazine honcho Larry Flynt is hunting for a videotape rumored to show First Daughter Barbara Bush in the nude. Flynt's cronies are scouring the New Haven, Conn., campus of Yale University, where Barbara, 21, is a student, in hopes of buying a video supposedly made at one of Yale's notorious "naked parties."

Couldn't someone get prosecuted for libel for spreading that kind of information or in this case photos of someone?
To: wideawake
Why? He would have paid the same for Monica probably and you would have applauded him.

One of the defenses against libel is the truth, unless it is "overpublication" of the truth. That dog won't hunt.

Who's body do you think they used for the Fat Dixie Chick in the center?
That said, who cares about his kids. They are over the age of consent.

"Flynt's cronies are scouring the New Haven, Conn., campus of Yale University..." Not half as many Secret Service agents, I'll bet.

Oh. That rotten kid. How stupid can a person be? She knows that this would happen! Doesn't care about the impact on her parents, grandparents, or her own future.....
>>>>>>>>>sigh<<<<<<<<<
Sounds just like my kid! But, my kid's mistakes are not broadcast all over the world and proof of them kept for years. My kid can get over their mistakes and not be forever defined by them.
These are the times I am so glad that I am not one of the rich, or famous. But, it does give a family a second thought about getting involved in politics. Kids can not grow up and make mistakes that aren't put out for public view.

Monica did things in the White house; not a frat house.
To: tuckrdout
So what? How does that affect the point that he would have paid for Monica's pics or that many who object to this would have applauded? The hypocrisy on here is getting mind-boggling.

Applauded? Hardly. We would have been disgusted that the 50 year old President of the United States was fooling around with a girl hardly out of her teens. The point would have been, and was...that the President had no more sense than a frat boy! That he treated the People's house with no more respect than an "Animal house".
There is no hypocrisy. Shame on Barbara, and shame on Monica.

Patty Reagan's posing nude for Playboy didn't seem to hurt her daddy. I think most adults recognize that decent parents can have wayward children. I think it tells more that Flynt has never been chastised by the Dems for his complicity in authoring these and other schemes. This should be the Dems motto: We're the party of Al Sharpton and Larry Flynt.

"The Bush Twins - who were busted for underage drinking at a Texas club a few years back " I look forward to the day when we don't have to see this line again.
And why don't they have every story about Clinton say " Clinton, who was impeached during his presidency......blah blah blah"
