Remember all those Klintoon CA trips? He always brought along some special disaster relief or federal payments targeted to CA cities or groups of CA "disadvantaged" folk. Plus, CA gets more federal environmental remediation and military spending than most states. The CA health fund is broke and they are lobbying for the feds to bail it out. The list goes on and on.

Relocate to Kolorado? LOL.....Denver looks like LA except with lots of ice, snow and cold, And I hear Kolorado Springs has tripled in size in the last 10 years..

Actually, I prefer mild pacific breezes and 72 degrees in January, and if I want snow I just go up to the local mountains, about 100 miles away.

Hawaii? Been there done that, It was nice to play tourist for a week, but I couldn't deal with all the Japanese tourist, the place was thick with um. And I prefer more room than Hawaii has to offer.

You're speaking of the eastern slope, none of which I recognize as part of Colorado. I'm on the southwestern slope and it's nothing like the opposite.
