Is this helping you preparing you for court? LOL
To: abner
You are REALLY good at articulating this. :-)
Not really. Mom and dad taught me right from wrong. So I can usually tell which is which.
You may or may not have a legal case. I don't know. I'm not a lawyer. I've hired a few. And have found most of them dull and lacking imagination. But a good one that is creative can sometimes do things for you when people are saying "you have no case", etc.
One thing is for sure, most people will be sympathetic to your view that your pocket has been picked. Which equates to bad public relations for the people that have done the picking. And since those inviolved are paper pushers they may want to cut a deal.
I'd fight fire with fire. Get your story about this "theft" in as many publications as you can. That will put pressure on them to do a deal with you and also have the benefit of more PR for your business. You don't have a choice anyway as you well know.
Best of luck!

Now see what you did. At 12:35, I woke up. I woke up Darlie from a sound sleep (no, not for that!) Something told me I had to check out FR. I was drawn to this thread. There must be some deeper meaning to this.

The flag should never be used as a receptacle for receiving, holding, carrying, or delivering anything. For emphasis...

Is this helping you preparing you for court? LOL We really don't want it to get that far. But, if it helps, it won't hurt.
It's good to know all the angles.

Exactly. It still isn't a flag. It is a rendition.

I think he and the other excerpters get kickbacks on the various sites' "hits" FRom FReeRepublic links.
Kinda like Asian tuk-tuk drivers' commissions.

Good grief, I just realized what time it must be in your part of the country.
Are you a night owl or are you having a "just can't sleep" night?
To: notpoliticallycorewrecked
I'm a night owl and with this article out, also a "just can't sleep" night. ;-)

That's what I figured. I had one last night. I stayed up and finished Bio homework so I put it to good use.
To: abner
We researched it extensively before we began the project.Boy, did you ever. I remember all that!

It still isn't a flag. It is a rendition Maybe with luck you will get a Clintonian judge who still doesn't know what "is" is. However, a rendition of a flag is still a flag. You are splitting hairs here.
But have it your way. You have my opinion on this matter and that's all it is. I happen to think I am right on technical grounds.
However, often the real world doesn't operate on those principles. After all, we suffered eight years of Clinton and a Senate full of lawyers did not see fit to convict on the evidence.
