I have a question-
Assuming that what they said about mishandling the mail is true [snort, giggle, LOL] what are we supposed to think happens when one of our alert citizens notifies the FBI that he sees 20 Islamists, singing Death to America!, dragging bombs down the street?

That his notification ends up in a dead file in the suburbs?

Something that shows it was given directly to the people who would have had to act on it comes to mind. A registered letter with signature required, perhaps?
