He sure looks like a guy that knows how to carry his flight gear. It is a long way from the little general in a tank or Klinton making a cross (as posted earlier by someone else). If these pictures get a decent play in the media, the "He is a Leader with convictions" numbers will go past 75% and will stay there a long time.

I love the stenciling beneath the co-pilot's window. I'll bet that hasn't been done before.

I hate to sound like a crybaby, but I was all misty eyed watching Bush land and have his photo taken all the crew. It was very touching and made me proud of Bush. He has a great rapport with the men and women serving their country.
The crew loves him. This was a great thing to do on the part of the President. He's done a great job and he's gotten much better at speaking. All the crew wants to be photographed with Bush. He's taking a lot of time to mingle with the crew. Just GREAT!!! FANTASTIC!

Firewall here. Can't see StrangeCosmos, and people link stuff from there all the time. I'll have to wait to hear others describe it.

Which wire did they catch, and what was the landing grade? An old pilot from the S2F propeller days said they always had to force new grads to fly as copilot because nobody with any carrier experience would do it. So now George W is a 2nd generation tailhook aviator! His dad has to be proud of him, more ways than one.

He flew the F-102.
His dad flew in an F-16 at Nellis when he was VP - I was there in the crowd to watch him do it.

How about the phone conference amongst the Axis of Weasels taking place simultaneously, ChIRAQ, Putin & Schroeder all to each other & ganging up on Chiraq, "do you see that! why that could be us to if it wasn't for all your blood money"
To: Adder
According to Fox News, there was a single Secret Service agent in one of the crew seats in the back. I would imagine other members of the Presidential detail deployed to the carrier yesterday, or earlier this morning....
