Ferndale is a leftist Democrat leaning, near suburb of Detroit. Another victory for gun owners.

While the article mentions the Michigan Coalition for Responsible Gun Owners (MCRGO), it failed to note that MCRGO brought the suit against Ferndale. MCRGO also sued Saline and East Lansing.
Legal action is expensive, and no other state group offered help or money. Ferndale may continue to use tax money to take this to the state Supreme court. Also on Ferndale's side is the Michigan Municipal League (MML), an umbrella organization of towns in the state.
Contributions to the MCRGO Legal Defense fund may be made at our website, www.mcrgo.org. Or you can send a check or money order to MCRGO Legal Defense Fund, P.O. Box 14014. Lansing, MI 48901.
