Observations - Containment:
• The 'elsewhere' (26 countries) may have plateau'ed.
• China is the only area still in the red with increasing ACTIVE casecounts.
• Singapore and Canada seem to be in a horserace to get to ZERO active cases.
  (Canada had 7 new cases this week, Singapore +5 cases, maybe
  more if this tanker crew gets credited to Singapore.)

Being in NY and as close to the Canadian border maybe we should be worrying up here. They've got it worse than I realized.
