[history]
One has to wonder whether American politicians ever learn from the past, particularly those who would be president.
In that regard, we need to give Rep. Richard Gephardt, Missouri Democrat, an "A" for having his heart in the right place and an "F" for letting it overcome his common sense.

Don't forget Oregon's 2002 Ballot Measure 23 that offered a "free" single-payer healthcare system LOST by a margin of 80%-20%.
This issue for Gephart is a good money-raiser but a pathetic vote-getter.

Of all my reasons to despise socialized medicine - which I call DMV-Care - is the fact that people like Hillary and Gephardt want to eliminate the private health care option for everybody as they force us all into government health care. Not very pro=choice, is it?

Yup. Dick Gephardt's plan violates one of the basic principles of good medicine: Don't make the patient sicker. If you like what Medicare and Medicaid are now undergoing, you'll love Gephardtcare.

shillary care AKA TennCare
TennCare AUDIT REPORTTennessee uses shillarycare as a model for our Mediaid program....25% of the state's population is on TennCare...it is about to BANKRUPT the state. It is the reason for a push for a state INCOME TAX.
The Feds have to keep bailing it out, they just gave it another $175 million shot in the arm.
The waste, fraud and abuse is EXTREME.
