There will be no draft -- of Hillary, or anyone else. The article says it outright: there hasn't been a multi-ballot nomination since 1952. The rules are stacked against it. The primaries are front loaded, but that just means that whoever has the most money as of 1/1/04 will be heavily favored, because those who don't have money won't have time to capitalize on any primary victories they might have.
