What happens when the Islam population reaches a voting majority -- then we have a musulim country with nuclear weapons. Then we disarm them at gunpoint. More likely, however, is that democracy will come to an end in France, rather than turning it over to the Muslims. A similar thing could happen in Britain, but in their case, King Charles or William could reassert royal control. The French whacked their royalty, so look for a dictatorship.
