Actually Jesus was speaking in the physical form-do not worship me. The people were worshiping him because of his miracles and felt he was the one to rid them of the Roman control. They were not worshiping him because he was the Son of God, this is why He told them not to worship him.
When He states - worship the one who sent me, He is actually telling them to worship Him, because He is one with the Father, he is the Father. He along with the Holy Spirit were there in the beginning with the Father.

I agree. Worship him in spirit. I and my father are one.
The Kingdom of heaven is within. Jesus is within you and me.
I would say that 90% of all Christinas do not worship in Spirt though.
