George Bush has given hundreds of thousands of servicemen and servicewomen what the eight years of Bill Clinton's presidency stole away - THEIR PLACE IN HISTORY.
I was commissioned under Ronald Reagan, served under George H.W Bush and languished under Clinton. I'm not only awe-struck by this generation of heroes, I'm beside myself with envy.
No DemonRAT in that field will ever bring the glory and honor to our country that Dubya has returned.

No DemonRAT in that field will ever bring the glory and honor to our country that Dubya has returned. As one who has never served (nor paid enough attention to with Reagan), what differences/similarities, do you see between how Bush is with the military and how Reagan was (besides the fact that Reagan didn't go to war, which would necessitate obvious differences in that respect)? Thanks. And Thank You for serving our country.

Of course you are. No other President (not even Reagan or HW) has ever expressed such faith in our military. W thinks they are perfection - he constantly says so, and they deliver.
Who wouldn't want to be part of that? It's teamwork and cooperation and respect up and down the line. It's no doubt the best time to be in the military ever.
