Bump.

A lovely utopian sentiment, but I have doubts. Look at Venezuela. A two-bit thug gets in, decides he want's to become dictator, suspend further elections, etc. And that in the last year or so. There will always be two-bit thugs who gain power. And our handling of Haiti shows that we aren't exactly hell-bent to fix the way that island is governed.
