Well I don't see her mentioning anything about Little Italy which has shrunk to a few blocks while Chinatown has expanded!

Maybe the Italians aren't part of her voting bloc or she can't buy them or she just hasn't gotten around to "helping" them yet. lol!

The difference is that almost no Italians actually LIVE in Little Italy any more. It's just a themed restaurant strip now.
Chinatown, OTOH, is the largest Chinese community in North America, IIRC.
