DENNIS KUCINICH: THE PROGRESSIVE CHOICE
I began my career in public life in 1967. Ive been a councilman, a mayor, a state senator and now a congressman. As a candidate for President, I offer a different vision for America, one which separates me from the other candidates.
I am the only candidate for President who will take this country away from fear and war and tax giveaways, and use Americas peace dividend for guaranteed health care for all, ending health care for profit. I am the only candidate who will stop the privatization of social security and bring the retirement age back to 65.
As President, I will cancel NAFTA and the WTO, restore our manufacturing jobs, save our family farms, create full employment programs, create new jobs by rebuilding our cities and schools. As resident, I will repeal the Patriot Act to regain for all Americans the sacred right of privacy in our homes, our libraries, our schools.
This is a grassroots campaign to take back America. Join me from your cities, your towns, your farms and your campuses. Lets take back America for the people.

After he abolishes the best health care system known to exist, he has a whole litany of "progressive" ideas.
Can the President cancel NAFTA and the WTO? Doesn't that take (a presumably Republican) Congress?

I wonder if he supports open borders. If so, perhaps he'd like to explain how he will manage to give FREE health care to EACH of the estimated 1 billion "residents" the U.S. will have in a couple decades.

Kucinich is the 2004 Replacement Nader for those in the DUh crowd that don't consider Howard Dean angry or loony enough. Like Dean, he has ZERO chance of ever winning, but also like Dean, he's got enough of an ego that he'll probably run as an independent as soon as his RAT campaign folds after the first couple of primaries.
And the only thing that could be better for us than one Nader on the ballot in 2004 is two of them.

tax giveawaysWhat a jackass!! I know he's talking about tax rebates but what are his tax and spend programs if not "tax giveaways". This guy may be the dumbest of the candidates although he's up against stiff competition.

He kind of looks like a white Nelson Mandela (and with similar politics).

To all of you thinking about voting for Sharpton in the primaries, I think you should look at Kucinich.
If we want a blowout Republican victory (ala 1984) in 2004, make it a President Bush vs. Dennis Kucinich. NO one but the socialists would vote for this freak.

Is that the Dixie Chicks?
On one hand, they want free healthcare for all. On the other hand, they don't want to cap malpractice awards. Head ... spinning ... with ... contradictions ...
