Couple things wrong with that:
a) I'm sure the people that mow the lawn at the stadium have a track record of service, but you don't want them running the team
b) how does this jibe with his wanting a particular race to run the program there?

I know, I know, I'm expecting a lot asking for consistancy out of Rev Jackson.

Plus jackson presumes all qualified people were not considered at all, and once more makes a non-issue a race -issue.
