I agree that the constant references to "democracy" are moronic. I agree we've set ourselves up for a "one vote, one time" problem in Iraq. I believe that we were stupid to create parlimentary systems in Japan and Germany, this has empowered nut case parties like the Greens and Commies to have (some) power. I would like to see most of the Constitution and Bill of Rights imposed on Iraq from above. Perhaps after 50 or 100 years they could change it, but today they are like children. Children need adults to give them rules, they are not capable of making up their own.
