"The only reform needed is that only eligible voters can contribute, whatever amount. No unions, corporations, PACs, foreign countries or out of State (district). Voters only with complete immediate accounting of when and how much received and spent by every candidate." Unfortunately, that "reform" is also illegal/unConstitutional. There should be NO restrictions of ANY sort on ANY political campaign contributions. The single allowable proviso should be that any and ALL such contributions MUST BE MADE PUBLIC, giving the name and contact information of the donor(s). If the donation is by an organization, then the membership must also be published.

Contrary to popular belief and as opposed to natural parties, corporations (or other creatures of the state) have no inherent right to do anything. It would be perfectly Constitutional to require every corporation to bring me a shrubbery before they do *anything*. Whether they *should* be required to bring me a shrubbery is another matter.
