Dick Morris' latest musing is that Hildebeast can/will win in 2008 because by then at least 40% of the population will be "automatic" Rats.
He bases that on projected increases in the Hispanic population and his belief (which historically would be accurate---but Dubya may change the equation) that Hispanics automatically will become Rats.
