Liberman was a large part of getting us out of debt in the early 90's. He deregulated the stock market and allowed the scumbags to lie out their ass which created a huge bubble that made companies worth 3 millon worth 3 billion.
With this kind of paper cash most companies went on spending sprees and made stupid decisions like paying 10 times for advertising that didn't even return a break even profit.
The bubble burst a year before Bush was elected !
